At VibeNest, all products are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of this, all printed products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.

Final Sale Policy

All VibeNest products are printed on demand and made specifically for your order.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Color preference changes

  • Personal preference

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance that may occur during the printing process

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and product images carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Return & Replacement Cases

We will provide a replacement or refund only if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a defective product

  • You receive the wrong product

  • You receive the wrong size due to our fulfillment error

  • An item from your order is missing upon delivery

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our brand from fraudulent claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video is required for all damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product claims.

The video must:

  • Start before the package is opened

  • Clearly show all sides of the sealed package

  • Show that the package has not been opened, tampered with, or damaged before unboxing

  • Record the complete opening process without cuts or edits

  • Clearly display the product received

  • Clearly show the defect, damage, incorrect item, or issue being reported

Claims related to damage, defects, wrong products, wrong sizes, or missing items may not be approved without a complete unedited unboxing video.

How To Report An Issue

Please email us at support@vibenestwear.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Complete unboxing video

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, VibeNest may:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the issue.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

VibeNest operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Customers retain all rights and remedies available to them under Indian consumer protection laws. (Consumer Affairs)
